Our role as a Business Consultant
Our Business consultants help organisations to solve issues, create value, maximise growth and improve business performance. They use their business skills to provide objective advice and expertise and help an organisation to develop any specialist skills that it may be lacking. They are primarily concerned with the strategy, structure, management and operations of an organisation. They will identify options for the organisation and suggest recommendations for change, as well as advising and managing resources to implement solutions.
Tasks
- Provide end to end project and program management
- Provision of full lifecycle Asset Management development, implementation, improvement, training and management
- Identifying issues and forming hypotheses and solutions
- Presenting findings and recommendations to clients
- Implementing recommendations/solutions and ensuring you receive the necessary assistance to carry it all out
- Quality Management System Development including policy, standards, processes and documenting
- Liaising with clients and management to keep them informed of progress and able to make relevant decisions
- Diagnose business issues and determine the appropriate solutions and deliver a positive ROI on consulting engagements
- Lead a consulting team - manage team members utilisation, performance management and productivity, engage in consulting activities in delivery of projects for practice area
- Provide leadership and engage in the extract, compile and validate data, conduct analysis using basic statistics and draft presentations of analytic findings
- Develop new analytic approaches to solve business problems that are efficient, scalable and replicable
- Develop strategies and originate new opportunities and develop follow-on potential for the business
- Work with the business unit leaders, sales team and consulting leadership to identify growth opportunities and develop new offerings
- Manage resource allocation and utilisation, oversee and develop project budgets and work plans and review work products
- Interact with senior client management and demonstrate ability to deliver projects that meet clients business objectives
- Lead, manage, mentor and train team members
- Ensure business satisfaction
